June 20th, we lost our beloved, Abe.
He was a remarkable, inspirational man and we'll miss him dearly.
I first met Abe when I was 16 and from that day on, he would consistently invigorate me creatively, emotionally and spiritually...

He had an incredible influence on my artwork and the animation i've done the last few years. For instance, the main kite flying monkey character from the dios video was named, "Abe." He loved flying kites and we would talk in great length about how spectacular it would be if your kite snagged a pterodactyl flying by.
The "Out There" short was based on some of the dumb, yet profound home movies we used to make in Nebraska. In every one of them, 7-11 would somehow be involved.
The spirit of Abe will live on in my work....most definitely and most triumphantly.
I love you, Abraham.
